Our services include General Contracting, Design Build and Commercial and Multi-Family Development. 14North’s passion for construction is contagious and it’s our goal to ensure our clients share that same enthusiasm for their projects.

Founded by Jonathan and Michael Paul in 2014, 14North Construction is the combination of both brothers’ entrepreneurial spirit, love of construction and desire to create a company unlike any they’d been apart of before. Introduced to construction by their father, who’d built a prestigious career in the industry, they spent countless hours on jobsites throughout their youth. Mike and Jon’s father instilled in them the importance of work ethic and strong relationships. These lessons are the foundation of 14North Construction and top of mind for the brothers’ everyday.

Part of this is aligning our business with other like-minded organizations to deliver intentional and effective solutions to each construction project.
