General Contracting / Construction Management


What will the project look like? How much will it cost? Working closely with our clients at this phase ensures that what is built exceeds all expectations.

  • Advise clients on proper steps during the design process to add value to the build while staying within budget
  • Review construction documents ensuring everything is in place to proceed to tender and permit stages
  • Provide detailed budgets as per the client’s design, ensuring that outcome and price meet the clients needs and expectations
  • Provide accurate project timelines that present a realistic snapshot of project completion date
  • Ensure costs associated with scheduling stay within reasonable range


  • Work with clients to select the best subcontractors for their project
  • Work diligently to ensure subcontractors account for all required work within their bid
  • Define real costs associated with each scope of work
  • Provide bid comparisons to clients, as well as subcontractor submissions
  • Recommendations for awarding each scope of work
  • Hire and manage all subcontractors

Site Coordination

  • Ensure qualified, experienced professionals supervise all work relating to the project
  • Utilize sound principles, processes and software tools to plan, coordinate and supervise all project activities
  • Provide consistent reporting to outline progress, issues/delays, changes etc.
  • Work with safety as the utmost of importance
  • Ensure proper safety programs are in place and that all staff, subcontractors and visitors to site are adhering to the policies and procedures

Construction Management

  • Work with clients and subcontractors to create a work plan and implement project schedule
  • Taking that work plan and schedule, set the expectations for all aspects of the project
  • Arrange materials and manpower efficiently
  • Assist in creating a draw schedule which works for clients and their financial institutions
  • Supply weekly or bi-weekly reporting, progress draw summaries, budget spreadsheets, etc.
  • Ensure all administrative aspects are taken care of
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they have the level of involvement they are comfortable with
  • Take away the headaches by managing the day to day workings of the project
